The go to serving plate every kitchen needs, guaranteed never to be put in the cupboard. Suitable as a decorative centrepiece or as a large salad serving plate or fruit bowl can also be used for cheese, antipasto or sushi. Measures 350mm in diameter and 8mm in thickness.
 
The copper inclusion is fused between two sheets of glass, during firing the copper reacts to the heat and changes colour giving the varied shades apparent in the photos. Each piece is fired twice, first to fuse the glass sheets together and then to 'slump' the glass into the desired form.
